Oral Language

One of our themes in Oral Language was Houses and Homes. We integrated this with the Aistear Programme: Learning through play. The children were working together in groups to build a small town with different homes and buildings. There were four groups all using different building materials: Marla, big plastic bricks, Lego and wooden blocks.

The children really enjoyed working together and co-operating with one another to build their own little towns!
