Rang 5 and 6 enjoyed a fantastic school tour to Activity Nation in Newgrange on the 13/14th June. On the 27th of April, Rang 5 and Rang 6 went on a school trip to Scoil Éanna. The children have been learning all about 1916 throughout the year and so this trip was extremely interesting for them. Today is St. Brigid’s day and to celebration this very special day, Rang 6 made St. Brigid’s crosses in class. We were very lucky because Múinteoir Eilís brought in rushes for us to use. We had a very busy afternoon making them but it was really enjoyable!
On the 22nd of April 6th class celebrated their Confirmation. There was a lot of work and preparation in the weeks leading to the ceremony.
